Where speed matters more than novelty, take a running design and change the face detail, finish or centre cap to your specification. Development is short because the structural engineering is already validated.
A fully new design starts from your drawing, photograph or sample. We quote the structure, target weight and construction route together, then confirm the machining programme before tooling begins where a mould is required.
A shape developed for you stays yours, and we do not offer it to competing accounts in your territory. Quantities and the exclusivity period are agreed before development begins, so both sides know the terms.
A monoblock forged development carries no tooling charge, so the cost is the engineering and the first batch. A gravity cast development includes a mould set from 60 pieces per design.
