Forging presses the aluminium under very high pressure before machining, so the grain follows the shape of the wheel. In practice that means a rim that resists impact better at a lower weight than the same design produced as a gravity casting.
Diameter 15 to 24 inch, PCD 4, 5 or 6 lug, center bore and offset ET are machined per vehicle application. Send the fitment list of your market and we confirm which adjustments each design accepts before you commit.
Because monoblock forged wheels need no new tooling, a development sample or a first market test can start at 4 pieces per design. Repeat orders keep the same machining program, so weight and dimensions stay identical between batches.
Four pieces per design for monoblock forged wheels. Two-piece and three-piece constructions are quoted separately because they involve additional assembly work.
No tooling charge applies to monoblock forged wheels, because each wheel is machined from billet. Tooling costs only appear on gravity cast programmes, where a mould set is required from 60 pieces per design.
Wheels are approved to TÜV and ECE E-mark for Europe and to DOT for North America, produced in an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified factory. Certificates are sent together with your quotation.
