European importers are asked for TÜV and ECE E-mark evidence during a border or dealer audit, so certificates are prepared alongside your quotation rather than requested after shipment.
19x8.5 and 20x8.5 carry the majority of European demand, while 19x9.5 and 20x9.0 serve heavier estates and performance models. LISBOA, TURIN and LEEDS cover most of this range.
Because European tyre labelling and recall rules make consistency valuable, we keep the machining programme of each design unchanged between repeat batches so dimensions stay identical season to season.

Yes. Send the vehicle list and each wheel is machined to the specified center bore, avoiding hub rings and simplifying fitting for your dealers.
A repeat order follows the existing machining programme, so it enters the next available production slot once quantity and finish are confirmed. Cast tooling programmes need the mould, which is already held from your first run.
