Alloy wheels factory · Qingdao, China
Gravity cast wheels give volume importers the lowest unit cost in our range. A new design enters tooling from 60 pieces per design, after which the same foundry line supports repeat runs year after year.

Where a distributor needs thousands of pieces a year on one design, gravity casting spreads tooling over many units and keeps the landed cost predictable. Most programmes start with a first mould and a stock plan agreed for the season.
Matte graphite is our strongest seller for performance looks, alongside matte silver and matte gold. Machined face combinations and custom colours are quoted on the same bill of materials, so the comparison stays transparent.
Every wheel is checked before packing, and photographs together with inspection reports are shared before shipment. Container loading is documented with loading photos and full export papers to your port.
Sixty pieces per design. That covers a new mould set and the first production run. Forged wheels start lower, from four pieces, because no mould is involved.
Yes. Mixed container loads are available from stock and from running designs, which is how most importers cover several vehicle segments in one shipment from Qingdao.
Shipments move worldwide, with regular programmes into Europe, the Middle East, Russia and South America, including INMETRO experience for the Brazilian market.
